If you would like to Apply to become a backup member to be recruited as soon as a spot is open, you are able to do that on the Recruit Tab. (In "Other" Explain how you would like to become a Backup) As a backup, you are put in a queue, that is contacted as soon as a spot is available on one of our divisions.
